Cue cartridges can last anywhere from one day to a week (or even longer), based on various individual vaping patterns. We recommend removing your cartridge from your device throughout the day to check your e-liquid level.
Do I remove the plugs on the side and bottom of the Cue Cartridge before I use it?
Yes, this step is very important for the most comfortable and optimal experience! One, the airflow that comes through the holes on the side is required to create vapor. Two, for those who draw vapor quickly, the holes on the side help cool the vapor off. You can keep one of the plugs on the side in if you want less air flow through your device. Always remove the plug on the bottom of the cartridge so that it fits properly into your Cue device.
What’s the best way to draw/pull/puff/vape on the Cue Vapor System?
The best way to use the Cue Vapor System is whatever way you find most comfortable for yourself personally. We recommend drawing or inhaling slowly when first trying Cue. As you use your Cue more, you will become accustomed to the power and the draw you prefer. If you prefer a more cigarette-like feel, leave one of the plugs in the air holes (or use your finger to cover an air hole) to restrict the airflow a little. Try both ways to find out which fits your style better! Just remember, go slow at first.
Are there additional shipping and handling charges on the Cue Cartridges?
There are no additional shipping charges above the traditional shipping costs based on the method that is chosen. If you order more than $50 worth of cue refills, your shipping will be free, delivered in standard Ground UPS shipping. What makes Cue Vapor Systems so different from competitors?
Cue takes the simplicity of e-cigs OR “cig-a-likes” and combines it with the complexity and power of the bigger sub-ohm vaping devices to create what we feel is the simplest, satisfying vaping experience to date. It’s a system that brings the promise of vaping to the masses. It's made so one can simply take it out of the box, click in a cartridge, and vape.
Is it normal to experience a burning taste?
No, it's not. Although an empty cartridge may provide a burnt taste, Cue has been designed and engineered to prevent this with our see-through cartridge. So keep an eye on your e-liquid levels! Also the occasional “dry hit” may also cause a burnt taste. When the wick inside the cartridge doesn't saturate with e-liquid, the coil heats up too quickly. If neither of these cases apply to you, please stop use immediately and contact us at 800-377-7709.
That popping sound is so loud! Am I doing something wrong?
No, popping/crackling is normal. Cue is a powerful device, and the rapid heating of the e-liquid creates these noises. It’s nothing to be concerned with, especially if your cartridge has been stored in a very cool place, or is being used for the first time.
Can I use my Cue Vapor System anywhere I want?
Laws and regulations vary by state and municipality. We recommend that you check those restrictions before vaping in public spaces and private businesses. In many instances, vaping is held to the same restrictions as smoking.
Can I bring the Cue Vapor System with me when traveling on an airplane?
With current TSA regulations and laws, you are permitted to bring personal vaporizers and e-liquids (under 4oz.) in your carry-on luggage on airplanes. E-vapor devices are not permitted in checked luggage. Use caution when taking already opened Cue cartridges on an airplane with you. Once you are in the air, the cabin pressure change may cause the cartridge to leak. Remember, no vaping on the plane.

While Cue cannot be modified, the performance is on par with the larger devices that can be, so you get the best of both worlds!
Is Cue a sub-ohm device?
Yes, Cue Vapor System is a sub-ohm vaping device.
Sub-ohm means the resistance of the coil is less than 1 Ohm. What does it mean for a vaper? It means you will get greater vapor production, better more intense flavor, and warmer vapor. How is vaping different than smoking?
A tobacco cigarette is lit on fire by the user, who inhales the resulting smoke into their lungs. Use of vapor products involves no combustion — no fire. Therefore, early adopters of the technology began to call this "vaping". Instead of relying on combustion, vapor products utilize a battery-power atomizer. The low heat generated by the battery allows for the vaporization of the "e-liquid" that is used in the product. E-liquid gernerally contains only four or five base ingredients - propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin for a base, as well as flavoring, distilled water, and optional nicotine. To vape, the user will pull from a mouth piece at the top of a vapor product. Once the battery is activated, the battery sends power to the atomizer located on top of the battery. The atomizer then heats up the e-liquid solution and turns it into a vapor.
How is Cue different than e-cigarettes or vaping?
E-cigarettes are battery operated inhalers that consist of a rechargeable battery, a cartridge called a cartomizer and an LED that lights up at the end when you puff on the device. It looks like a cigarette. While e-cigarettes still produce vapor, the act of “vaping” is typically defined as the act of inhaling water vapor through a personal vaporizer. When users draw on the device, the battery heats the liquid which is then atomized into a inhalable vapor. The Cue Vapor System has taken the simplicity of e-cigarettes and combined it with the satisfaction of other powerful vaping devices, to produce the simplest, most satisfying vaping experience yet.
Can you stop smoking by vaping?
While we have heard many stories from vapors who have said that they have switched to vaping completely and do not smoke traditional tobacco any more, we do not market Cue as a smoking cessation device. If you are trying to quit smoking, we recommend you consult your physician on the best way for you to stop smoking.
What is your relationship to Swisher?
E-Alternative Solutions (EAS) is a sister company of Swisher International. EAS develops, markets and distributes vaping products that are manufactured with the highest level of quality control, innovation and commitment to its consumers.
What are the tax implications for vapor products?
There is additional taxation of vapor products and liquids in certain states and municipalities. To find out if there is an additional tax or how much that tax may be in the area you live in, please check with your local or state law source for more information.
Recent studies indicate that e-cigarettes and vaping may be less harmful than smoking OR it may even be a way for people to quit smoking. What is your opinion on these studies?
We do not market our Cue products as a healthier alternative to smoking traditional cigarettes. While we are encouraged by these independent studies, we recognize that additional research is required to derive meaningful conclusions. We believe that vaping can provide an alternative to smoking, while providing a satisfying and fulfilling experience for the person vaping.
Is vaping healthier than smoking?
While there are many studies being conducted on this topic, we don't promote Cue as a healthier alternative to traditional tobacco.
