My Cue device isn’t working, why not?
We have found that many Cue fans feel their device is not working properly, when in fact, they are not pressing the button rapidly enough to turn the device on. To turn the device on, you must click the button five times rapidly until you see the green light blink, indicating your Cue Device is now powered on. If you need assistance or if you believe your Cue device is defective, please give us a call at 1-800-377-7709 or email us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

What is the battery life on the Cue Vapor System?
The Cue Vapor System includes a 1500 mAh battery. The length of battery life will vary per user, depending on how often you vape. Some Cue fans tell us that a fully charged battery lasts a full day, while others can have a fully charged battery last up to a week! Individual results will vary.
Can I use any micro-usb cord to charge my Cue device?
Yes, any micro-usb charger can be used to charge your device. However, we recommend using the charger that was provided to you in your Cue Vapor Kit.

I see that the nicotine is in milligrams, what does that equal in %?

Can I refill the Cue cartridges with my own e-liquid?
No. Cue e-liquid cartridges are designed to be part of a closed system and cannot be refilled. Trying to do so will void your 60-day warranty.

How long does one Cue cartridge last?
Each person vapes differently, so the duration of the cartridge depends on the individual’s vaping usage. Cue cartridges can last anywhere from one day to a week or even longer. We recommend removing your Cue cartridge from your Cue device throughout the day to check your e-liquid level.
Do I remove the plugs on the side and bottom of the Cue Cartridge before I use it?
Yes, this step is very important for the most comfortable and optimal experience! One, the airflow that comes through the holes on the side is required to create vapor. Two, for those who draw vapor quickly, the holes on the side help cool the vapor off. You can keep one of the plugs on the side in if you want less air flow through your device. Always remove the plug on the bottom of the cartridge so that it fits properly into your Cue device.
What’s the best way to draw/pull/puff/vape on the Cue Vapor System?
The best way to use the Cue Vapor System is whatever way you find most comfortable for yourself personally. We recommend drawing or inhaling slowly when first trying Cue. As you use your Cue more, you will become accustomed to the power and the draw you prefer. If you prefer a more cigarette-like feel, leave one of the plugs in the air holes (or use your finger to cover an air hole) to restrict the airflow a little. Try both ways to find out which fits your style better! Just remember, try it slowly at first.
Are there additional shipping and handling charges on the Cue Cartridges?
There are no additional shipping charges above the traditional shipping costs based on the method that is chosen. If you order more than $60 worth of cue refills, your shipping will be free, delivered in standard Ground UPS shipping. If you live in certain states or municipalities, you may be required to pay an additional excise tax on top of the state tax. Please check with your local or state law source for information regarding taxes on vapor products.

What makes Cue Vapor Systems so different from competitors?
Cue takes the simplicity of e-cigs OR “cig-a-likes” and combines it with the complexity and power of the bigger sub-ohm vaping devices to create what we feel is the simplest, satisfying vaping experience to date. It's a system that brings the promise of vaping to the masses. It’s made so anyone can simply take it out of the box, insert a cartridge, and vape.
I experienced a burning taste, is that normal?
No, it is not. Although if your cartridge is empty, you may experience a burnt taste. Cue Vapor System has been designed and engineered to prevent this, with our see-through cartridge, so be sure to keep an eye on your e-liquid levels so you do not accidentally experience this taste! The occasional “dry hit” may also be the cause of the burnt taste. This occurs when the wick inside the cartridge does not saturate with e-liquid, resulting in the coil heating up too quickly. If there is a noticeable level of e-liquid in your Cue cartridge and you are still experiencing a burnt taste, please stop use immediately and contact us at 800-377-7709
That popping sound is so loud! Am I doing something wrong?
No, the Popping/crackling sound is normal. Cue is a powerful device and the rapid heat transfer from the coil to the e-liquid creates a loud popping or crackling noise. It’s nothing to be concerned with, especially if your cartridge has been stored in a very cool place, or is just being used for the first time.
Can I use my Cue Vapor System anywhere I want?
Laws and regulations vary by state and municipality, so we recommend that you check those restrictions before vaping in public spaces and private businesses. In many instances, vaping is held to the same restrictions as smoking, even though the vapor is different than secondhand smoke. Please also be considerate of non-vapers around you.
Can I bring the Cue Vapor System with me when traveling on an airplane?
With current TSA regulations and laws, you are permitted to bring personal vaporizers and e-liquids (under 4oz.) in your carry-on luggage on airplanes. E-vapor devices are not permitted in checked luggage. Use caution when bringing already opened Cue Cartridges on an airplane with you. Once you are in the air the cabin pressure change may cause the cartridge to leak. Remember, no vaping on the plane.

How is vaping different than smoking?
A tobacco cigarette is lit on fire by the user, who inhales the resulting smoke into their lungs. Use of vapor products involves no combustion — no fire. Therefore, early adopters of the technology began to call this “vaping.” Instead of relying on combustion, vapor products utilize a battery-powered atomizer. The low heat generated by the battery allows for the vaporization of the “e-liquid” that is used in the product. E-liquid generally contains only four or five base ingredients — propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin for a base, as well as flavorings, distilled water, and optional nicotine. To vape, the user will pull from a mouth piece at the top of a vapor product. Once the battery is activated, the battery sends power to the atomizer located on top of the battery. The atomizer then heats up the e-liquid solution and turns it into a vapor
How is vaping and the Cue Vapor System different than e-cigarettes?
E-cigarettes are battery operated inhalers that consist of a rechargeable battery, a cartridge called a cartomizer and an LED that lights up at the end when you puff on the device. It looks like a cigarette. While e-cigarettes still produce vapor, the act of “vaping” is typically defined as the act of inhaling water vapor through a personal vaporizer. When users draw on the device, the battery heats the liquid, which is then atomized into an inhalable vapor. The Cue Vapor System has taken the simplicity of the e-cigarette, and combined it with the statisfaction of the Powerful Vapor Devices, to produce the most simple, satisfying vaping experience yet.
Can you stop smoking by vaping?
While we have heard stories from many vapors who have said that they have switched to vaping completely and do not smoke traditional tobacco any more, we do not market Cue as a smoking cessation device. If you are trying to quit smoking, we recommend you consult your physician on the best way for you to stop smoking.
What is your relationship to Swisher?
E-Alternative Solutions (EAS) is a sister company of Swisher International. EAS develops, markets and distributes vaping products that are manufactured with the highest level of quality control, innovation and commitment to its consumers.
What are the tax implications for vapor products?
There is additional taxation of vapor products and liquids in certain states, and municipalities. To find out if there is an additional tax or how much that tax may be in the area you live in, please check with your local or state law source for more information.
Recent studies indicate that e-cigarettes and vaping may be less harmful than smoking OR it may even be a way for people to quit smoking. What is your opinion on these studies?
While we are encouraged by these independent studies, Cue is designed as an alternative to cigarette smoking. We believe that vaping provides an alternative to smoking, while providing a satisfying and fulfilling experience for the person vaping.
Is vaping healthier than smoking?
While there are many studies being conducted on this topic, we do not promote Cue as a healthier alternative to traditional tobacco.
